Running through spring 2026, the series features seasonal tasting menus crafted in partnership with award-winning guest chefs. Each menu showcases the region’s finest ingredients sourced from nearby Tuk Muk Farm & Bumblebee Farm, and paired with Copperworks’ acclaimed craft spirits.

“These dinners are about bringing together the chefs and people who inspire us,” said Chef Cody Westerfield, co-owner of De La Soil. “Each collaboration tells a story of friendship, shared values around food and farming, and our collective commitment to showcasing what makes the Pacific Northwest so special.”

The first three dinners are now available for booking, with six additional chef collaborations to be announced in the coming months.

Dinners will be released three at a time, so more to come.
