Doomscrolling Detox: Finding Your Balance in the Digital Age

March 11 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Free

First in the Kenmore Club’s “Dinner and Discussion” series of monthly talks

From the advent of the internet to recent developments in artificial intelligence, the digital revolution continues to remake our world. While many of the changes have been positive, these innovations have also left many of us trapped in filter bubbles, overloaded with information, mistrustful, anxious, and polarized.

We can counter this trend by simply getting together and meeting with our friends and neighbors over a meal at KCC’s monthly “Dinner and Discussion series. Led by T. Andrew Wahl, a journalist, writer and teacher at Everett Community College, we will discuss some of the ways the digital age is transforming interpersonal relationships.
