Welcome to Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation at Lakeview Yoga and Wellness Center! Join us for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation technique that helps you reach a state of profound relaxation while remaining fully conscious. This practice can reduce stress, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being. No prior experience with meditation or yoga is necessary – just come as you are and enjoy this blissful session.
Held in a non-heated room (wear layers to adjust to the temperature). Just bring a mat, option to bring a blanket/pillow or anything you need to be comfy. We can’t wait to see you there!
